Workout advice please?

I'm 16 (obviously in highschool still), and with track season getting close (march 5th), I'm going to have even less time to workout. I have school from 7:30am-2:05pm. Then track practices are from 3pm-5pm. Without a car it'll be harder to find rides to the gym with 2 extra hours cut out of my day. My track practices aren't that hard so I've been planning on staying after practices and doing my own intervals for cardio and conditioning. But I still want to keep gaining some size because I've gotten significantly bigger since I started working out harder and I don't want to stop the results. So I was wondering what I can do during/after my "private practice" that can keep getting me my results. I know I won't be getting amazing results, but I still want to keep getting some. I'll have access to basically no equipment unless I go home, where I still have very little equipment.
When at the track I'll have no equipment, so my options are: -pushups -pullups (on the fence, but still an option) -dips (somewhat) -anything that can be done with fences, bleachers, or just me
When I go home, I'll have some equipment, I have: -a couple dumbells -bench (with weights) -curling bar (with weights) -pullup bar
So if someone could help me create a schedule that'd be perfect. I'm open for any suggestions and advice. Thank you.
