Okay i have perfect pushup, pullup bar, two 10 pounds dumbells, two 10pound ankle weights or arm weight thingies, and a bowflex POWER PRO dont get the bowfle confused with the newer ones umm i was wondering is bowflex good for STRENGTH training or am i better off with bodyweight and the other workout stuff (im 5'2" and 90 pounds and can do around 15 pullups nonstop and 25-35 pushups in a minute and 40ish situps in a minute and have 16-20 inch vertical so im pretty good right? Tell me if im not) and i mostly do 12 reps for mass and strength training and 15 cuz i think that will be mix of mass and strenght and toning teaining and 20 or higher for toning is that right? Tell me if im not i aslo run a mile after each workouts so is that okay for a bball player (im fit and i workout bout 4-6 times a week im 14 too) i try eating lots of protein and havent had mich junk food (one time u went a whole month without candy!) i drink 5-8 cups of water and a vitamin water each day or most of the days how is my workout reps and use of machine please help
