Mainly include upperbody: Arms, Chest, Shoulders,Back.

Background: 14 years old, 118 lbs; 5:7, Max pushups=45, Max Chinups=15, Max Situps/Bicycle Crunches=60, I have access to a PULLUP BAR and TWO Hex 15lb Dumbells.

I need some info on:
1) Weight Pushups
2) Handstand Pushups
3) Weighted Chinups
4) Weight Dips
4) When to buy more weight
