ok so I am in dire need of a new workout regime! I haven't had a workout in 2 weeks and I'm before that it was pretty irregular anyway- I blame the summer holidays... But yeah I have a real feeling that I've plateaued and I need something new... I have a weights bench, tho not much in terms of weight- only 40kg, so I cannot make any advancements with my bench press... I am of very slight build, 5'7" and about 9st- so I am not capable of massive weights but I really want to stay toned! I can already see my 6 pack fading! So yes, please any ideas for a good routine?? If it helps, I have a punch bag and a pullup bar too... and I think i cud do with doing some pressups cos i havent done those in ages... awesome...
