im 14 and i wanna put on some more muscle and weight so im gonna start eating more, eating healthy and working out. the best thing i have for working out is a pullup bar and myself. i wanna know what workouts , when to do em and when to rest . with the pull up bar i can do pushups , tricep dips, hanging leg raises,pullups and chinups mainly. some workouts im looking for are workouts like planks, situps, squats, lunges, or crunches that i can do at home. . or something like seperating compound workouts for different days like back and biceps ---- triceps, shoulders, chest----- abs and legs because alot of compound workouts focus on these muscles at the same time like pull ups and chinups for back and biceps, pushups and dips for chest, triceps, and shoulder, squats and crunches for abs. SHOULD I DO A FULL BODY WORKOUT EVERY OTHER DAY AND REST ON WEEKENDS OR DIFFERENT COMPOUND WORKOUTS FOR EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK AND THEN REST ON WEEKENDS????
and do i really need cardio or jumping jacks in my workout? i play football/basketball almost everyday anyways so i get my cardio in everyday
also situps do work for me ive done the for like 3 months and i got toned abs
